Custom Apparel

All custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any products created specifically to your design, size, color, or customization request. If there is an issue with your custom order (such as a defect or error on our part), please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and do our best to find a fair and reasonable solution.

Non-Custom Apparel

Non-custom, standard apparel items may be returned for a refund if they are:

• Unworn Unwashed In original condition

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Additional Notes

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
